Marketing Coordinators are part of our Marketing Resources team and partner with Treanor’s Marketing Directors, Proposal Managers, and Studio Leaders in executing the firm’s strategic initiatives, specifically including qualifications and proposal responses, client interviews and meetings, content generation and updates, and communications. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Primary responsibilities

  • Actively participate in firm-wide marketing efforts that support Treanor’s overall strategic business goals and objectives.
  • Work with Proposal Managers and Studio Leaders to coordinate and execute responses to RFPs/Qs.
  • Edit/proof responses to RFPs/Qs and firm marketing collateral (website, brochures, presentation materials, etc.)
  • Maintain RFP/Q response tracking mechanism to record, monitor, and report pursuit hit rates.
  • Upon proposal completion, confirm that response assets are recorded/updated in the firm’s CRM database.
  • Coordinate conference/tradeshow materials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with Marketing Directors to complete research and provide analytics in support of studio marketing strategies, including competitors, target clients, projects and developments, potential markets, and economic factors impacting the firm’s business developments efforts.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Directors and the Communications Manager to generate content for positioning the firm, such as social media updates, articles, videos, photography, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Work with all members of the Marketing team to strategize, implement, and socialize best practices and standards across all internal and external touchpoints.

Position requirements

  • Ability to take complex concepts and distill them down to successfully respond to requests for information.
  • Solid communication skills, both with other marketing team members and technical staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong editing/writing skills and thorough knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work well with professionals from various backgrounds.
  • Ability to deliver quality work that consistently meets requirements and deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn from and to engage with a smart, fun team of marketing professionals.
  • A positive attitude and the desire to creatively and resourcefully solve problems.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, English, or related area, preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Marketing experience in the professional services environment (architecture, engineering, construction, legal, or finance) a plus.
  • Availability to travel periodically.

Treanor is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated base salary for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $55,000 – $65,000 and may vary by states we operate in.
