We’re seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Health/Science team—someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and enjoys bringing people and ideas together to tell a compelling story. Position Description

Lead the Health/Science proposal process, including quality control and development of on-brand deliverables, such as proposals, statements of qualifications, and other pursuit-related materials. The Health/Science Proposal Manager owns the proposal process, working in partnership with the Health/Science Marketing Director and Principal-in-Charge and with support from Marketing Coordinators. Building on insights gathered through pre-positioning, the Proposal Manager develops high-quality, compelling proposals and pursuit materials that demonstrate an understanding of client needs and strategically position Treanor for selection. This position reports to the Health/Science Marketing Director.

Treanor offers a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office 3 days a week and allowing the flexibility to work somewhere other than the office 2 days a week.

Position Summary

This individual is a producer and leads the “practice” side of the work. They are responsible for the design, deliverables (drawings and specifications) and the construction administration of the project. This would include coordination of staff and consultants.

This position requires independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.  They also lead the technical design aspects of a project including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions.

Position Summary

The Project Administrator will lead and coordinate the administrative aspects of projects and take ownership of project communications and record keeping.  Project related tasks include but are not limited to; the production and distribution of letters, minutes, memos and correspondence which could include design and construction documents, agreements, reports, studies, specifications, tables, contracts and forms as needed and requested by the project and project staff.  The Project Administrator is also responsible for organizing and managing project information flow during construction phase services including the logging, distribution and tracking of submittals, ASIs (Architect’s Supplemental Instructions) and RFIs (Request for Information) and similar instruments.  Additionally, the archiving of project information, both electronic and hardcopy, by phase and at project completion will be the responsibility of this position.

In addition to project related activities, this person will perform general office logistics, support, and clerical functions including, but not limited to; greeting visitors, reserving/managing meeting rooms, making travel arrangements for staff, answering phones/taking messages, managing files, maintaining various office calendars, planning office events, maintenance of supplies, coordinating deliveries/shipments, day to day care of the office environment, and general office organization and efficiencies.

BIM Manager

Position Summary

Treanor is seeking a BIM Manager to provide firmwide and project-level leadership in design technology, with a primary focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related digital workflows. The BIM Manager supports architectural staff through the effective use of tools, standards, and processes that improve project delivery, coordination, and quality.

This role works closely with architectural project teams and Technology leadership to support consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in how digital tools are applied across the firm. The position reports to the Director of Technology and is based in Treanor’s Kansas City or Denver office.

The ideal candidate brings a strong architectural or engineering background, deep project experience, and a practical understanding of how design technology supports real-world project delivery. They are service-oriented, technically confident, and comfortable balancing hands-on project support with firmwide initiatives.
