Position summary

Treanor, a national planning and design firm recently awarded with recognition for a “Best and Brightest” firm to work for, is seeking a Project Administrator to work in our Dallas office.

The anticipated salary range for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour and will be determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Primary responsibilities

Our Project Administrators perform a wide variety of services, bridging office-based administration and document controls with construction support. They assist staff by ensuring project processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with contractual requirements and client expectations.

In addition to project related activities, our Project Administrators perform general office functions including greeting visitors, reserving/managing meeting rooms, making travel arrangements for staff, answering phones, managing files, maintaining an office calendar, planning office events, maintenance of supplies, coordinating deliveries/shipments, day to day care of the office environment, and general office organization and efficiencies.

Position requirements

  • 5-8 years of administrative experience. Experience in an A/E/C office preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
