We don't just design, we design just

We believe there is no greater purpose than to improve the quality of life for all people. We strive to create spaces where people do more than just live and work–they thrive. We regularly partner with employees and communities to support this goal.

Treanor purpose in action – sustainability, JDEI and community impact

Empowered by unyielding values

We design hospitals where children are born, research facilities where diseases are studied, landmarks where history is made, facilities where space is explored, and so much more. To us, design is both personal and profound.

Be true

By putting others first, we remain true to ourselves. We create spaces that make life better, we lend a hand to help others succeed, and we protect the planet for those who will come after us.

Listen, learn, lead

We are successful because we observe and absorb what’s around us—and we never stop doing it. We lead by experience and the trust we build in our relationships.

Explore the extraordinary

We are not afraid to turn problems inside out or upside down. We have found that the simplest question can lead to the greatest solution if we simply dare to imagine it better.

Be humble, laugh together

Laughter is contagious, uplifting, and meant to be shared. While we do serious work that makes a difference in the world, we try not to take ourselves too seriously.

Giving back to our communities

Every year, we close our offices for a day to volunteer in our communities across the country. We call this our Day of Giving, when all employees spend a paid day volunteering for local organizations. In addition, our team performs pro bono work annually for local charitable organization needing design assistance. We believe architecture can change the world in a positive way, so we pride ourselves in our collective passion for doing good in our communities and beyond.

Justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion

Diversity actively supports underserved and under-represented people. By recruiting, hiring, and representing individuals who nurture an inclusive environment regardless of age, race, color, national origin, beliefs, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical or mental abilities, we strive for a just and inclusive workforce. We are committed to identifying and leveraging resources to dismantle barriers within ourselves, our firm, the industry, and the communities we serve.

Triple bottom line sustainability

We challenge ourselves to design smarter. With an outcome-based approach, we’re able to better manage priorities for clients, communities, building users, and the environment. We reach beyond the basics, integrating measurable building performance, health outcomes, and equity into our designs.

Certifications

We’re experienced at helping our clients set achievable sustainability goals and define strategies to get there. From LEED and WELL Building to Sustainable Sites certifications and beyond, we can help identify opportunities to achieve your goals.
