Treanor is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.  The anticipated base salary for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $75,000 – 95,000 and may vary by states we operate in.

Primary responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare reports and bid documents, including drawings and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the design process and lead the preparation of document sets.
  • Maintain day-to-day communications with project consultants.
  • Serve as technical point of contact providing interpretation for design and construction teams.
  • Responsible for site observations.
  • Communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements
  • Provide Studio Principal with regular status updates.
  • Ensure projects conform to contract.
  • Maintain project records.

Position requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed Architect.
  • 7-10 years of experience.
  • Experience with all phases of the planning and design process, with the ability to anticipate project needs, establish goals, and adjust when necessary.
  • A passion for working collaboratively with clients to solve unique and complex challenges.
  • A team-focused attitude, willing to assist others as necessary.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • High levels of activity and productivity
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability and desire to mentor young design professionals.
  • Ability to develop and deliver technically sound project documents.
  • Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
  • The ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  • A willingness to travel outside of the local area to attend meetings at various sites.
