Treanor is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated base salary for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $75,000 – 95,000 and may vary by states we operate in.
Primary responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare reports and bid documents, including drawings and technical specifications.
- Contribute to the design process and lead the preparation of document sets.
- Maintain day-to-day communications with project consultants.
- Serve as technical point of contact providing interpretation for design and construction teams.
- Responsible for site observations.
- Communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements
- Provide Studio Principal with regular status updates.
- Ensure projects conform to contract.
- Maintain project records.
Position requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Architect.
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Experience with all phases of the planning and design process, with the ability to anticipate project needs, establish goals, and adjust when necessary.
- A passion for working collaboratively with clients to solve unique and complex challenges.
- A team-focused attitude, willing to assist others as necessary.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
- High levels of activity and productivity
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability and desire to mentor young design professionals.
- Ability to develop and deliver technically sound project documents.
- Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
- The ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- A willingness to travel outside of the local area to attend meetings at various sites.
