Arsham is a senior architectural designer in Treanor’s Justice studio, based in Dallas, Texas. With more than 18 years of experience in architecture across three countries, Arsham brings a global perspective and technical experience to every project. From founding his own architecture firm in Iran to leading detailed design and renovation efforts in Canada, Arsham’s career reflects a passion for building smarter, more resilient spaces.

A specialist in Revit and building science, Arsham excels in translating complex concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions. His skill for building detailing and design technology makes him a valuable resource in delivering projects that balance performance, durability, and human experience—particularly in the evolving world of justice design.

Arsham believes architecture should be both functional and empowering, especially in justice environments where space plays a critical role in shaping behavior, supporting wellbeing, and building trust. His work contributes to Treanor’s mission to design facilities that are trauma-informed, adaptable, and designed to serve diverse communities now and into the future.
