DenverDeLisa is a seasoned healthcare architect and planner with more than two decades of experience designing environments that support healing, enhance outcomes, and inspire change. Based in our Denver office, DeLisa is a registered architect in both Illinois and Colorado and has been immersed in healthcare architecture since 1999, when she began her career in Chicago. Her portfolio spans everything from small-scale renovations to large, complex hospital projects, all driven by a deep passion to make a positive difference in the world.
With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona, DeLisa relocated to Colorado in 2004 and continues to bring curiosity, empathy, and vision to every project she leads. She believes healthcare spaces should do more than function—they should support sustainability, resilience, and social justice by caring for caregivers, supporting patient dignity, and simplifying the experience for everyone who walks through the doors. Her work aligns with Treanor’s mission to design smarter, evidence-based architecture that adapts to change, supports technology, and builds trust within communities.
When she’s not designing spaces that elevate the human experience, you’ll likely find DeLisa reading, practicing yoga, enjoying art, or spending time with friends.
