DenverJimmy’s affinity for using his talents to help people brought him to the field of architecture, where designing for equality and justice in the built environment drives him every day. Jimmy believes that weaving the principles of apathy and artistry into his designs perfectly complements his love for creating art while also helping people thrive.
As a member of the International Interior Design Association Rocky Mountain Chapter, a member of the National Organization of Minority Architects, and a regular volunteer with the Colorado Men of Color Collaborative, Jimmy is highly active in our industry as an advocate for equity and justice in design. He has also been nationally recognized as a design student and member of the METROPOLIS Future 100 class of 2024, has received an honorable mention for the 2022 Interior Design Educators Council Design Competition, and has been featured in his alma mater’s university newspaper for his design volunteer work.
Jimmy works with our Health studio as an architectural designer, putting his technical and visualization skills to work on projects that support healthy communities through accessible, high-quality, patient-centered design.
