Madeline Poertner

Madeline supports Treanor’s PK-12 Education studio, where she designs learning environments that inspire curiosity, connection, and growth. A recent graduate of Kansas State University with a master’s degree in architecture, Madeline joined Treanor full-time after interning with the firm during her studies. Her time abroad in Italy during university sparked a lifelong commitment to learning, and that idea continues to drive her design approach—one that is open-minded, community-focused, and always evolving.

Maddie’s work is guided by curiosity, empathy, and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Based in our Kansas City office, she’s excited to help clients reach further by designing environments that nurture the whole child and celebrate the wonder of learning.
