Rich Jarecki

Construction is a challenging aspect of the design industry. The most beautiful and functional buildings don’t make it to ribbon cutting without skilled construction administrators who help keep design intent at the forefront during this important phase. Rich brings more than 25 years of education and healthcare experience, and he’s a master in communicating and coordinating with the contractors who bring our designs to life.

Rich uses his  attention-to-detail skills and ability to bring together many people with different areas of expertise, including the owners, contractors, project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors. He enjoys a role similar to an orchestra conductor who leads the team to address opportunities and solve the challenges that come with every successful project.

As a member of the Education studio, Rich travels far and wide to be the on-site eyes and ears of the design team. His field experience helps improve design constructability and reduces the likelihood of change orders and conflict on the jobsite.
