TJ Barry

TJ is a seasoned designer and facility management professional with more than three decades of experience in the industry. Having run her own facility management and architectural consulting firm, she is well-versed in master planning, joint commission inspection preparation, life safety code reviews, and project management for medical and research facilities. TJ is a critical member of the Treanor team with multi-disciplinary experience serving both our Health studio and currently working in our Justice studio.

A few projects TJ has worked on include the Maricopa County Juvenile Courts Renovation, the Williamson County Juvenile Center Expansion, and the Kansas City Urology Care Proton Therapy Institute. She approaches every project with a can-do attitude and intrigue for its most fascinating elements.

TJ loves a good puzzle, giving her pride in her work in the AEC industry. When she’s not at work, she’s outside enjoying nature and can often be found camping with friends and family in her 1972 Airstream. Her pottery studio at home further expands her love of nature and its central role as her favorite hobby.
