Now in its fourth year, the 30/30 Program shines a spotlight on the industry’s brightest rising stars—recognizing 30 designers under the age of 30 who are shaping the future of design. Recap: the 30/30 Event in Denver

For the Denver market’s 2025 event, our three nominees joined fellow designers for a day of connection and professional development. The event brought together early-career designers from leading firms across the country, offering a space to exchange ideas, explore new skills, and gain insights from peers and mentors alike.

Nominees also participated in focused workshops and interactive discussions that foster creativity and broaden perspective. As the design challenges we face grow more complex—from climate response to cultural inclusion—the need for diverse voices and bold, adaptable leaders is clear. We know Treanor’s interior design team is up for the task.

Launching a dream career never happens alone

At Treanor, we believe good design doesn’t come from ego. We know that it comes from listening, learning, and leading with purpose. That’s why we’re so proud to see Jimmy, Bethany, and Corinne recognized for doing just that.

Celebrating young professionals in our field is about building a profession where creativity, authenticity, and equity drive the work, and none of that is possible without support from peers and mentors. When we support emerging designers, we also support life-changing outcomes for our clients and communities.
