Premier Bone & Joint Orthopedic Surgery Center
New surgery center to better support patient demand and provider efficiency
The orthopedic physician group Premier Bone and Joint has seen exciting growth in Wyoming and needed a new surgery center to better support patient demand and provider efficiency. The new facility provides orthopedic surgery medicine services that do not require overnight stay. The facility features:
- Three operating rooms specially designed for orthopedic procedures
- Private registration
- Comfortable recovery bays, including two private rooms for patients needing discretion
- A nearly 3,500-square-foot physical therapy gym designed to inspire patient recovery
Fit for Wyoming
Both the interior and exterior of the building were inspired by the beautiful rustic landscape of Wyoming and the City of Laramie. Known for its stunning geography and outdoor activities, the city is tucked between two mountain ranges and has the spirit of an offbeat college town, deep Western roots, and a vibrant cultural scene. Designed to fit in its surroundings, with a modern but rustic feel, we provided comfortable waiting areas and a welcoming atmosphere, complete with the famous cowboy mascot, “Pistol Pete,” on the building exterior.
It was essential to the orthopedic team that the facility represented the beautiful Wyoming landscapes. Warm wood tones and earthy sheet vinyl flooring mimicked the wide-open spaces found throughout Wyoming. The texture was incorporated through the use of natural stone surrounding the fireplace in the waiting area. A mix of warm and cool blues found in the Wyoming skies functions as accents throughout the clinical and rehab spaces.

This surgery center provides a convenient location and quality care for surgery patients in the Laramie community and the surrounding community.
We’re tying together the past and the future that are perpetuating the same dream of providing a higher class of orthopedic surgery to the community of Wyoming.
