September 9, 2022

Bringing justice architecture to a new geography

Treanor today announced that Stacey Wiseman, AIA, and Ryan Critchfield, AIA, NCARB, are joining the firm as associate principals in the firm’s Justice design studio, effective August 30, 2022.

Stacey and Ryan both bring extensive experience on large-scale, multi-million-dollar justice facility projects, including the Travis County Civil and Family Courthouse in Austin, Texas, Multnomah County Courthouse in Portland, Oregon, as well as federal courthouses such as the Charles R Jonas U.S. Courthouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. This experience, combined with their presence in Kentucky, supports Treanor’s goals of further expanding nationwide justice facility design services in the eastern United States.

“Our goal is to be nationally known, and nationally present to our clients,” says Dan Rowe, president of Treanor. “We recognize that ability continues with the addition of Stacey and Ryan, both in their expertise and experience, but also in positioning the firm in a new geography that we will use to better serve all Treanor clients. We envision Lexington as a growing hub for all practice areas.”

“Identifying and collaborating with inspirational partners is the single most significant goal of the Justice studio,” says John Eisenlau, Treanor principal and Justice studio leader. “I’m pleased to announce that we have not one but two new inspirational partners. Stacey and Ryan have practiced with a core conviction consistent with ours, bringing about real meaningful behavioral change through positive transformative environments. We identified what I believe is truly a rare opportunity and we acted on it. Please welcome our new partners.”
