Treanor Welcomes Two New Justice Facility Architects in Lexington

Treanor today announced that Stacey Wiseman, AIA, and Ryan Critchfield, AIA, NCARB, are joining the firm as associate principals in the firm’s Justice design studio, effective August 30, 2022.

Stacey and Ryan both bring extensive experience on large-scale, multi-million-dollar justice facility projects, including the Travis County Civil and Family Courthouse in Austin, Texas, Multnomah County Courthouse in Portland, Oregon, as well as federal courthouses such as the Charles R Jonas U.S. Courthouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. This experience, combined with their presence in Kentucky, supports Treanor’s goals of further expanding nationwide justice facility design services in the eastern United States.

Stacey has 20 years of experience as an architect, dedicating the last 14 years toward the planning and design of justice facilities. Stacey’s years of experience encompass all stages of the design process, and she particularly excels in the articulation of the architectural process. Stacey clearly communicates the complexities of the process and meticulously captures information on goals and objectives so that all team members may think strategically and deliver the best project for clients and their end users. Stacey brings a passion for justice facility architecture, combined with years of experience that makes her drive and skills a great asset to the Treanor team.

Ryan Critchfield has solely focused on justice facility architecture and planning for the last 20 years. He brings extensive experience as project architect and project manager for courthouses, adult and juvenile detention centers, as well as planning project manager for government campus and statewide capital master plans. Serving as a vice president at a previous firm, Ryan has experience managing project budgets, design and planning team members, and playing an active role in business development. His balance of technical knowledge with leadership experience makes Ryan a key team member representing Treanor in Kentucky.
