La Veta PK-12 Earns Outstanding Project Award

Treanor received two Outstanding Project awards from Learning By Design Magazine, one of which is for the La Veta PK-12 project. Evaluation for the magazine’s Fall 2022 Architectural and Interior Design Awards was based heavily on resilient design, student agency, flexible and functional classrooms, and the blending of indoor and outdoor spaces.

The school was born from a desire by the La Veta School District t unify their separate campuses within a singular modern learning environment that innately supports  their collaborative curriculum, popular CTE programming, and reflects the values of the community in which it sits. The facility provides a safe and secure space where all are welcome and able to thrive.

In addition to La Veta PK-12, Learning By Design also awarded the Springfield PK-12 Campus Consolidation an Outstanding Project award.
