LawrenceCheyanne serves as Treanor’s Accounting Manager, bringing valuable experience from the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry to our team. Based in Lawrence, Kansas, Cheyanne’s proficiency in financial management is integral to the firm’s operations, ensuring that our projects are supported by sound financial practices.
A Kansas native, Cheyanne’s journey in accounting began at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting. During her time at UMKC, she was an active member of Beta Alpha Psi and Delta Sigma Pi, which helped sharpen her leadership and financial skills. Her professional path has included auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers and serving as a Senior Accountant at Black & Veatch—experiences that have honed her skills in financial analysis, reporting, and team leadership.
Cheyanne is focused on fostering a transparent, data-driven financial process at Treanor. Her approach aligns with Treanor’s mission of thinking beyond the project and enhancing the communities we serve. Outside of work, Cheyanne enjoys spending time with her family—her two kids and husband—as well as indulging in her love for gardening.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I love to garden, bowl, flip furniture, and spend time with my family, friends, chickens, and cat outside of work.
What is an interesting fact not many people know about you?
In high school, I performed in two musicals: Godspell and Sweeney Todd.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Originally in elementary school, I wanted to become a teacher. As I got older and understood what my interests were, I wanted to be an accountant.
