Shawn Oliver

Shawn brings a passion for community service to her role as Senior Accountant at Treanor. Raised in Topeka, Kansas, Shawn spent her childhood on her grandparents’ cattle ranch in Alma, fostering a deep appreciation for nature and community. After earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and Spanish from Washburn University, Shawn gained valuable auditing experience with the State of Kansas and later transitioned to non-profit work.

At Treanor, Shawn’s detail-oriented approach and commitment to financial accuracy play a crucial role in supporting our mission of creating smarter, more resilient architecture. Her love for learning and continuous improvement is evident in her recent Master Naturalist certification, through which she volunteers in citizen science, educational outreach, and wildlife rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Shawn continues to embrace her adventurous spirit, with a love for travel that has taken her from Spain to Mexico. Her dedication to both her profession and her community makes Shawn an invaluable member of the Treanor team as we continue to push the boundaries of architectural excellence and community impact.
