Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary
Marketing Coordinators are part of our Marketing Resources team and partner with Treanor’s Marketing Directors, Proposal Managers, and Studio Leaders in executing the firm’s strategic initiatives, specifically including qualifications and proposal responses, client interviews and meetings, content generation and updates, and communications. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

The anticipated salary range for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $55,000 – 70,000 and will vary by the states we operate in.
BIM Coordinator
Position Summary
Treanor is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of architectural projects through effective model management, coordination, and collaboration. The ideal candidate has hands-on architectural project experience and a strong working knowledge of BIM-based workflows, with a focus on day-to-day project execution.
The BIM Coordinator is embedded within the architectural practice and supports one or more active projects depending on scale and complexity. This position partners closely with Project Architects, Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure BIM workflows are aligned with project goals, schedules, and deliverables. The role also collaborates with Treanor’s Design Technology Team for advanced technical support, standards alignment, and workflow development when needed.

Treanor offers a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office 3 days a week and allowing the flexibility to work somewhere other than the office 2 days a week.

BIM Manager
Position Summary
Treanor is seeking a BIM Manager to provide firmwide and project-level leadership in design technology, with a primary focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related digital workflows. The BIM Manager supports architectural staff through the effective use of tools, standards, and processes that improve project delivery, coordination, and quality.
This role works closely with architectural project teams and Technology leadership to support consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in how digital tools are applied across the firm. The position reports to the Director of Technology and is based in Treanor’s Kansas City or Denver office.
The ideal candidate brings a strong architectural or engineering background, deep project experience, and a practical understanding of how design technology supports real-world project delivery. They are service-oriented, technically confident, and comfortable balancing hands-on project support with firmwide initiatives.

Project Architect/Project Manager
Position Summary
This individual is a producer and leads the “practice” side of the work. They are responsible for the design, deliverables (drawings and specifications) and the construction administration of the project. This would include coordination of staff and consultants.
This position requires independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. They also lead the technical design aspects of a project including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions.

Our Project Managers are communication liaisons between the firm, client, general contractor, consultants, and public authorities. They maintain positive relationships and are authorized to speak for the firm on matters concerning the interpretation of the contract documents, and are responsible for the successful execution of the project.
