Production Technician
Position summary
Our Production Technicians collaborate with other team members to develop projects from schematic design through construction documents.
Treanor offers a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office 3 days a week and allowing the flexibility to work somewhere other than the office 2 days a week.

Treanor is committed to equitable compensation practices. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated salary range for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $60,000 – 73,000 and will vary by the states we operate in.
Primary responsibilities
- Translate concept sketches, preliminary designs and specifications into working documents using computer-aided design and drafting software;
- Preparation of civil engineering and landscape architecture design and construction documents, and coordination with related design team consultants/discipline’s documents; and
- Ensure drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to established specifications and standards.
Position requirements
- Associate degree in drafting technology; certified by the American Design Drafting Association preferred but not required
- 10-12 years of experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) and Autodesk Revit, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Desire to master civil engineering/landscape architecture drafting and documentation, and understand supporting discipline’s (architectural, structural, mechanical/plumbing, electrical) documents for integration
- Capable of interpreting designs presented by engineers, landscape architects, and architects and accurately converting them into digital designs
- Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate a high level of professional maturity
- Capable of successfully solving challenging problems
- An eye for detail and a strong visual awareness
- Strong organization skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
