Originally from Wahoo, Nebraska, Brittany moved outside of Kansas City during her high school years and later attended The University of Kansas in Lawrence, where she graduated in 2015. Brittany began her career at our firm shortly after, starting as a research assistant and quickly advancing to project coordinator.

Brittany is particularly proud of her continuous involvement in the CAMH Research and Discovery Centre project since 2017, engaging from the early stages of programming to construction administration. Her role includes client-focused interaction, providing her with a deep understanding of user needs and program requirements that she uses to enhance the design process.

In 2022, Brittany completed a Harvard Lab Design course to deepen her knowledge of laboratory design, an area she is keen on contributing more to in the future. A regular speaker at industry conferences such as SCUP and Tradeline, Brittany enjoys sharing her knowledge on various topics, including post-occupancy evaluations and space strategies for educational and research facilities. Brittany’s practical approach and dedication to her work make her a valued member of our Higher Education team.

Brittany is a proud mother to her daughter, Remi, born in February 2023, and is expecting her second child, a boy named River, in June 2024. She is also happily married to her best friend, Caleb, since May 2022.
