DenverAs a member of the Advanced Industries studio, Josh brings a limitless approach to the studio’s varied and rich portfolio. For a confidential aerospace client, Josh took the phrase “the sky’s the limit” to the extreme, working with the design team on a space truss that creates the perception of being on a spaceship with windows overlooking Earth and Mars. The users’ space was designed as a “wow factor” for the client, demonstrating the relationship between unique design and reinforcing a positive connection in the way people felt about that space.
Josh serves part-time in the Colorado National Guard since 2012. He recently returned from a year-long deployment in Kuwait, in which he served as team leader for an Army Space Support Team. He brings valuable insight into real-world military experience within our aerospace and defense projects, helping our team find the balance between rigorous program demands, security mandates, and inspiring design solutions.
His passions outside of work are as varied as his design portfolio. As a lifelong learner, Josh pursues personal and professional growth through leadership podcasts and is currently pursuing a yoga instructor certification. A true Colorado local, he enjoys concerts, especially with friends at Red Rocks, and loves to ski in the winter.
