The road to architecture was not a straight path for Kyle. His previous experience includes managing a restaurant, designing tax software, and being an engineer in the oil field. He always enjoyed logic and math problems, which led him to a computer science and mathematics degree. What drew him to architecture was the desire to add artistry into the mix.

As an architectural designer, Kyle has engaged in projects with our Higher Education, Advanced Industries, Health, Historic Preservation, and Justice studios. His comprehensive experience with project diversity has shown him that design is the coupling between rational and ingenuity. His favorite part of the design process is working with the client to fit together a program that best serves the occupants of the space.

The two Treanor projects he is most proud of are the Zachry Engineering Education Complex at Texas A&M University and the Bruce and Gloria Ingram Hall engineering and science building at Texas State University.
