Scott is a principal leading the PK-12 Education studio at Treanor, which designs schools that foster the leaders of tomorrow. He believes that architecture supports the health and growth of our future, and that future is our children. Having worked at Treanor since 2001, Scott is a well-respected member of the team and an enthusiastic contributor to the collaborative energy that leads to strong projects. He is a holistic architect that emphasizes the synergy between planning, design, and detailing. Growing up with carpentry and artistic influences within his family, Scott developed a talent and interest in working with his hands and putting things together. His passion for design quickly followed which guided his perspective to make everything crafted + composed.

Through his drive for success and leadership on projects, Scott strives for exceptional relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors by holding their thoughts and needs at a high level of importance. As the lead planner, designer, and architect on the award-winning Roosevelt High School in Johnstown, Colorado, Scott has been able to work on exciting new ways architecture is supporting students of the next generation and beyond. Scott’s enthusiasm for design excellence and the opportunities it provides for young people is found within every square foot of the spaces he plans and designs.

Outside of the office, Scott can be found hard at work, meticulously remodeling his entire home, hanging out with his family, and cooking together with his wife and two kids.
