Growing up, Zac was surrounded by art and construction influences within his family. Between his father’s involvement in sheet metal construction and his mother’s career as an art teacher, Zac naturally leaned toward a career that values both. Over the years, he has channeled his passion for construction into a profound appreciation for historical architecture and recognized older structures’ enduring charm and craftsmanship.

Zac cherishes the chance to combine his passion for construction, appreciation for history, and commitment to preserving our rich architectural heritage. He enjoys the daily challenges that come with the dynamic nature of his work, as each day presents new opportunities to blend technical expertise and creative expression.

While he was a student intern on our team, he worked on the Emporia State University’s Abigail Morse Hall Renovation. He participated in the massing studies and worked on how the building’s additions would look. He was thrilled to see the building completed by the time he finished college and joined us full-time.
