Hullabaloo Hall Living-Learning Center
Artfully embracing Aggie culture while introducing modern innovation
The Hullabaloo Living-Learning Center stands as a beacon of both tradition and modernity, exemplifying Texas A&M’s commitment to innovation while preserving its rich heritage. This state-of-the-art facility not only revitalizes the north side of campus but also sets a new benchmark for future student projects. Hullabaloo Hall embodies the essence of Aggie culture, integrating elements of the university’s past, present, and future into every corner of its design.
Location, location, location
Located on an important corner of campus, Hullabaloo Hall was the first student housing project in 20 years, marking the beginning of several new student housing projects master planned and aimed at revitalizing the university’s north side of campus. Home to 648 residents, this dynamic living-learning community is now a vital part of the larger Northside Village, which accommodates over 3,500 students. Hullabaloo Hall has become a vibrant and popular destination for students.
Where academic success meets vibrant community life
More than just a building, Hullabaloo Hall creates a thriving community for its residents, offering a perfect blend of academic focus and social interaction. We worked with Texas A&M to design this living-learning space as a vibrant hub where students can discover everything they need—from study spaces to recreation and support services. Whether it’s grabbing a coffee, practicing in the music rooms, or collaborating in the media room, students have a multitude of resources at their fingertips.
A flagship supportive community
At the heart of Hullabaloo is its Community Learning Center, a dynamic space designed to foster student success. The innovative community learning center, which has proven so successful in promoting academic support, is now being replicated across Texas A&M’s campus. Hullabaloo Hall isn’t just a residence—it’s a model of the university’s vision for the future, where every student is empowered to succeed academically and socially in a world-class environment.
