Residential and outpatient treatment

Valley Hope is a regional provider of addiction treatment and recovery providing residential and outpatient treatment in multiple locations/states. The addition of 20,000 sf and renovation of the existing facility combined two existing buildings into one. The upgrades help the staff serve the growing demand for their successful programs by adding 16 detox beds and 14 beds for residents who participate in therapy and group programs for 28 to 60 days.

Residential and outpatient treatment

Spacious day rooms and dining facilities in the detox wing allow that space to be separated from the longer-stay residents and outpatient programs. Additional amenities include a new wellness center, arts and crafts, exam rooms and administration, waiting and admissions areas, counseling, offices, and group rooms.

Therapy gardens and open areas

The site improvements include therapy gardens and open patio areas for group gatherings, games, contemplation, and leisure. A covered patio dining area extends the renovated dining and kitchen areas to the outdoors. Large glass patio doors and ample glazing bring the outside into the spaces to improve patient outcomes and well-being.

Welcoming environment

Many of the residents have behavioral or mental health conditions in addition to substance abuse / addiction. Because of this, security and safety are integrated into all of the elements on the campus along with comfort and anxiety-reducing strategies like sound control, natural daylight, warm, soothing colors and patterns, and balancing a mixture of open and enclosed spaces. The welcoming environment will aid in the recovery and treatment of the residents and help staff to better serve their clients.
