As an architectural designer on Treanor’s Historic Preservation team, Ashlyn brings a thoughtful approach and strong attention to detail to projects that honor the past while supporting future use. Based in our Kansas City office, she contributes to preservation projects that help clients protect the character and history of significant buildings through careful research, documentation, and design.

Ashlyn earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Kansas in 2025 along with a certificate in historic preservation, receiving recognition for earning the highest scores in the certificate program. She joined Treanor as an intern and has supported projects across the Historic Preservation, Justice, and Housing markets, giving her a well-rounded perspective on design and collaboration. As a Kansas City designer with a passion for preserving historic places, Ashlyn enjoys solving challenges alongside her teammates and approaches each project with curiosity, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.

Among the projects she’s most proud to have contributed to are construction administration efforts for the Jesse Unruh Building and drafting support for the Jayhawk Theatre. She is motivated by opportunities to help extend the life of meaningful places while learning from colleagues every step of the way.
