Centennial Interport Lot 10 Hangar & Office

Following the successful delivery of the adjacent Centennial Interport Lot 9 Hangar & Office, our Advanced Industries team eagerly accepted the challenge to deliver a class A office and hangar facility on a prominent corner of the Centennial Airport campus.

Our team was charged to find a functional balance for the diverse access needs of aircraft, customers, hangar support, and office users. To elevate the design of the facility, our design team created a space that capitalized views of the Rocky Mountains and maximized solar exposure through the incorporation of three private exterior decks, a glass-backed elevator, and expansive ribbons of glazing.

Upon arrival at this private hangar, tenants are greeted with a modern yet inviting lobby, awash in light and views of other departures through a two-story grand entrance of the building. The first floor is divided between multiple tenants and flight support areas. The top two stories were designed as premium office space with expansive glazing and multiple outdoor decks to enjoy the view of the foothills to the West and the taxiway to the East.

These premium features set the benchmark for private hangars and office space within the Rocky Mountain region. The 124’ by 218’ hangar establishes a new high standard for private hangars featuring:

• 288 linear feet of 10’-0” tall translucent insulated clerestory resulting in comfortable diffused natural light showcasing premium aircraft.
• Radiant heating and large overhead fans creating a premium level of comfort and luxury expected by discerning private aircraft owners.
• Premium 90 Color Render Index (CRI) lighting that highlighting the aircraft and hangar.
• Private garages for tenant to access and transfer directly to their personal vehicles to aircraft.
• Private amenity and work space for pilots.
