Comprehensive and continuous care

The Denver 44th Avenue Treatment Facility is a for-profit treatment center, with a goal of providing comprehensive, continuous care with emphasis on linking with community-based aftercare resources.  An existing building was renovated for detoxification treatment, mental health, and substance abuse disorders with counseling, group therapy, classes and monitoring of medication administration in an under-served market for adult men and women.

Spaces

  • combination of single, double, and triple-occupancy bedrooms
  • resident lounges
  • group therapy rooms
  • counseling rooms
  • nurse stations
  • conference rooms
  • classrooms
  • staff offices.

Open and secure campus

From 8am-5pm the facility is an open campus and residents are able to come and go to work release. After 5 pm the building is secure with card reader access control along with voice and video intercom to enter the facility.  The Reception and Nurse Stations have windows with microphone or passive voice intercom to secure the medication along with locking fridges. Security cameras are located throughout the facility.
