Greek housing spaces for studying, wellness, and sisterhood

Located across from Theta Pond on the Oklahoma State University campus, the new 27,752-square-foot Zeta Tau Alpha house provides a welcoming home for 68 members. A mix of single, double, triple, and quad bedrooms allows flexibility for members while supporting a strong residential community.

Each residential floor includes convenient amenities such as a laundry room, a large shared bathroom with edge-lit LED makeup mirrors and dedicated dressing areas, and a TV lounge with a 24/7 weekend kitchen. These shared spaces encourage connection while supporting student success.

The main floor serves as the heart of the house. A spacious living room offers multiple seating areas for studying, gathering, or relaxing and opens to a shaded patio where members can dine, socialize, and enjoy views of campus. The house also includes a large dining room, serving area, and commercial kitchen to support daily meal service for the chapter. A dedicated house director suite provides on-site support for the residential community.

Designed to strengthen chapter life and campus presence

Spaces throughout the house support academic success and leadership. Study rooms on each floor provide quiet areas for coursework, testing, and virtual interviews. A conference room on the main floor offers a dedicated space for chapter leadership meetings and collaborative study.

Additional spaces in the lower level—including the chapter room, fitness room, and specialized storage areas—support chapter traditions and wellness. At the top of the house, a sundeck provides a favorite gathering spot where members can connect with one another and enjoy time with friends.

The new Zeta Tau Alpha house reinforces the chapter’s presence on campus while creating a supportive environment for living, learning, and building lifelong sisterhood.
